Die Personalabteilung eines Unternehmens hat einen Vorschlag für einen "Medium Term Incentive Plan" für Top-Manager ausgearbeitet. Dabei tue ich mich mit oben genannten Begriffen etwas schwer:

Definition of the target values, performance years and **linkage** methodology for the Medium Term Incentive Plan (MTIP):
The MTIP is based on the award of an annual bonus with payment deferred over a 3 year vesting period. The initial award under the MTIP is **linked to** the level of achievement of the individual performance targets (KPIs) for each participant.

The target values and **linkage** for the MTIP are based on the target annual performance bonus of each participant and their management level.

The ranges, limits and **linkage** are indicative only, as the amount of deferred compensation awarded to any individual and how it is **linked** ckan be altered to match what is considered appropriate in the circumstances.


Im Grunde ist die Höhe der Boni an die erbrachte Leistung "gekoppelt", aber mir fehlt noch ein echter Geistesblitz.

neutral  Katja Schoone: Ich nehme an, dass die Fragestellerin auch im Wörterbuch nachschauen kann. Das passt hier aber nicht in den Kontext./Ich nicht: Verbindungsmethode/...verbunden mit dem level of achievement, wie auch immer man das übersetzt, passt m. E. nicht.
