Anders formuliert: Die Partei, die einmalig auf die Geltendmachung eines solchen Anspruchs verzichtet, kann diesen also bei weiteren, ähnlich gelagerten Fällen dennoch erneut geltend machen. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 3 hrs (2019-09-17 09:58:33 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Der Verzicht gilt also nur einmalig und nicht etwa für etwaige Ansprüche aus allen weiteren/folgenden Verstößen der anderen Partei. |
