Public Liability Insurance - For all operations, including ***Broad Form CGL Endorsement*** and Contractual liability.

Hierbei handelt es sich um eine Versicherung, die der Auftragnehmer für die Ausübung seiner Tätigkeit abschließen muss.
Broad Form = umfassende Form einer Abdeckung
CGL = Commercial General Liability
Endorsement = Nachtrag zu einer Versicherung
So sind mir die Begriffe im Einzelnen bekannt, doch leider weiß ich nicht, in welchem Zusammenhang sie hier stehen.
