"To be a truly successful leader, you need great people. And to get great people, you need to constantly focus on building your talent bench. Whenever you meet a talented, highly motivated person who looks like a good match with your organization’s culture and its major goals, you need to be prepared to start the networking, recruiting, and interviewing processes … and to involve others in your organization in that process." (3. Absatz von unten) https://www.tanveernaseer.com/leaders-recruit-for-future-dav... "bench strength: (sports) The quality and number of players available to substitute during a game. (business) The competence and number of employees ready to fill vacant leadership and other positions. building an organization's bench strength through management training" https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/bench_strength#English "Author Jim Collins (Built to Last, Good to Great) spoke of the importance of building the bench, ensuring that the depth of the team can sustain its performance over time. Teams that are truly built to last have depth at the top, in the middle, and at the bottom. This truly is a leadership imperative -- to ensure that members of any team have the skills and tools to enable success, now and in the future." http://leaderbusiness.blogspot.com/2009/10/building-bench.ht... "As a consequence, organisations not only maximise their safety performance but they also build the executive bench strength they need to ensure its long-term sustainability." (= "entwickeln die Führungsfähigkeiten") (2. Eintrag) https://www.linguee.de/englisch-deutsch/uebersetzung/build t... |
