| Reference: Wildtyp-GIST Reference information: Da Matthias inhaltlich richtig geantwortet hat, möchte ich keine eigene Antwort eingeben. Ich würde aber das Wort "Wildtyp-GIST" verwenden, da es gerade für die Fälle verwendet wird, bei denen für die beiden erwähnten Gene keine Mutationen nachgewiesen werden können. Ein paar Zitate, aus denen du dir dann deinen Satz zusammenbasteln kannst. Wird das Erbgut der Tumorzellen untersucht (sogenannte Mutationsanalyse), dann finden sich in den beiden Genen, die bei erwachsenen Patienten häufig verändert sind (KIT und PDGFRA) typischerweise keine Mutationen.
