Also "Vollkorn", aber was? Z.B. "The target price is €530 tonne for the 100% ***wholegrain goodness*** crumb

Der Übersetzungsvorschlag auf dict.cc scheint mir plausibel zu sein.

In Komposita ist er natürlich eher unhandlich und müsste vielleicht umformuliert oder ggf. weggelassen werden.

Also z. B.:

- Vollkorn mit seinen wertvollen Inhaltsstoffen
