Bei einer luxemburgischen Treuhandgesellschaft taucht der Titel des Conducting Officer mehrfach auf.
Vermutlich muss man diesen unübersetzt lassen, aber bevor ich diesen Weg gehe, frage ich mal - wer von euch WEISS GENAU was das ist?
Ich habe auch schon rumgerätselt, ob es was mit Financial Conduct zu tun hat, aber Raten ist nun mal nicht Wissen

Asker: the person who is described in this text is actually a Director AND a Conducting PERSON and a deputy general manager (I just came across that term this moment). I therefore think that Conducting Officer must be a very specific function with very specific responsibilities in the trust business
