pay-for-performance compensation-model Vergütungsmodell nach dem Pay-for-Performance-Prinzip Explanation: Pay-for-Performance ist mittlerweile ein im Deutschen fachübergreifend eingebürgerter Begriff (s. Links). Man könnte natürlich auch "leistungsorientierte Vergütung" sagen, allerdings handelt es sich bei dem Pay-for-Performance-Prinzip um ein bestimmtes Modell, daher würde ich den Begriff stehen lassen.
