Asker: Ja, das ist die übliche Übersetzung dieses Begriffs, die aber meines Erachtens in diesem Kontext nicht ganz passt. Bei einer Vorstandsitzung wird die Tagesordnung der Sitzung behandelt und Beschlüsse zur Tagesordnung gefasst. Aber ich habe noch nie gehört, dass bei einer Vorstandsitzung Geschäfte abgewickelt werden.
