How you want to translate "practical" is maybe a matter of opinion. For a course called "Practical Business English", I would prefer "Praxisnahes Business-Englisch" or "Praxisnahes Geschäftsenglisch", not "Praktisches Business-Englisch" or "Praktisches Geschäftsenglisch", which is why I put "praxisnahes" in the target-term field above.

I think, the term has nothing to do with pharmacy, it just happens to occur on an academic record for a Batchelor of Pharmacy.
