The full sentence is: A real life cast changes size before your very eyes.

I do know what it means, but can't think of any translation for "real life cast"

disagree  Edith Kelly: Mit Horsts Version wäre ich einverstanden, aber "richtiges" Leben ist falsches Deutsch. Das ist das "wirkliche" Leben. Und dann der Confidence Level 5, da kann man dann nicht zustimmen.
