Ich hoffe, die Frage wird nicht von der Moderation gemördert - ich habe den Satz hoffentlich bereits erfolgreich auf 10 Wörter gekürzt. Ich suche nämlich keine volle oder direkte Übersetzung, sondern nur eine kreative Idee/einen kreativen Ansatz für die Umsetzung der gesamten Zeile im folgenden Kontext:

(18) Freddy is now close enough to Eugene, and he raises his claw for the death blow. Suddenly, the expression on Freddy’s face changes to that of “Oh, shit.”. We pan out to see Neil and Ed standing on either side of Eugene.

Ich will umgekehrt auch nicht den Eindruck auslösen, als hätte ich den Satz nicht kapiert.
Im Moment experimentiere ich gerade mit den Möglichkeiten Steak und Pharmazeutika, hab aber noch keine Lösung gefunden. Danke, Susanne und schöne Ostern!

Ich habe außerdem nicht behauptet, dass es sich hier um eine offizielle oder gute Übersetzung handelt (Diskussionsbeiträge sind keine Antworten).

Ggf. (ich kenne mich mit dieser Art von Filmen nicht aus und will mich damit auch nicht näher beschäftigen) könnte es aber für Fans dieses Genres und damit die Synchronisierung von Bedeutung sein, an das Original anzuknüpfen.

A phrase meaning that some serious ass is going to get whooped, more so than usual, because there's nothing else left to do that can solve the current problem. It also makes for a great entrance to a party.

The phrase originated from the 1988 John Carpenter film "They Live". The main character walks into a bank with a shotgun and says the line, then proceeds to shoot all the aliens-disguised-as-humans in it. And yes, it is as awesome as it sounds.

The phrase was also used in Duke Nukem 3D and a modified version was said in the 1993 film "Dazed And Confused", where a character says "I came here to drink beer and kick ass... and it looks like we're almost out of beer."
