die übersetzung gastgebende rundfunkanstalt ist etwas irreführend, weil diese rolle nicht unbedingt ein sender übernimmt, sondern u.u. (so ja offenbar auch in diesem fall) eine einheit des veranstalters. was ich so sehe, wird der begriff eigentlich einfach übernommen
