English term or phrase: winery premises
Bonjour,

We are unable to accommodate any visitors under the age of 21, including infants and children on the winery premises.

Merci.

disagree  Tony M: You wouldn't be 'accommodating' people in a 'wine cellar,' now would you?

établissement vinicole (ou viticole)

Explanation:
winery = vinerie, chai

premises (buildings and land) = bâtiments, locaux, terre, vignoble

  -> Merci

agree  Tony M: Yes, 'premises' in this sense has the more abstract sense of 'establishment', whence the otherwise unusual use of the preposition 'on'.
