English term or phrase: access date
Bonjour,

Contexte :

Hand a glass to the shopper to taste and show them the access date on the bottle.
NOTES:
Only applicable when pouring real wine that has been previously accessed.
The shopper is still welcome to taste a wine that was not accessed weeks or months prior to the presentation but there is no need to discuss it.
