Is it the manager of the club house or the manager of the whole golf?

Explanation:
He/she may be in charge of staff management within the club house itself but not of the whole golf.
His responsibilities include bar, cellar and/or catering management, stock ordering and control.
Alike a steward onboard aircrafts where you use the same word in French, you can also say "il est steward au club de golf"
