disagree  Kévin Bacquet: J'ai demandé à un ami tennisman classé 15/3 en France et jouant dans la ligue du Nord, il n'a jamais entendu parler de "clinic". Les anglicismes sont nombreux en tennis (sparring,...) mais apparemment clinic est loin d'être répandu

  -> OK. Quand j'étais en club de tennis, le club organisait régulièrement des "clinics". Je suppose que tout le monde n'utilise pas le mot !
neutral  Germaine: D'accord avec Kévin. Par ailleurs, "exhibition" n'a pas le même sens en français. Quant à "clinic", s'il s'utilise beaucoup (ex.: clinique de hockey), c'est aussi en français : clinique, mais on préférera "stage".
