sounds to me like avoiding restaurants, not opening one in your own home! (i.e. "home restaurant" is a figure of speech used in marketing spiel, to mean the convenience of a restaurant [you don't have to do the cooking] available in the comfort of your own home)

I know of at least one company in London (no names ...) offering that kind of services - they deliver to you a bag of pre-cooked meals, you just need to reheat it few minutes.

Somewhere else in your ST is the key as to what exactly is being "activated" - my guess is that it's about some promotional vouchers, but reliable translations are not based on guessing.

What is the point of this "precooked dishes": they are meant for lazy restaurant owners? or to be used at home?
