Je ne retrouve plus les KudoZ, mais je suis sûre que j'ai déjà vu la traduction 'corner' en français ici.

..."c’est ce qu’on appelle le contrat corner . Dans ce contrat, un commerçant accepte de vendre dans son fond de commerce des produits d’un fabricant de renom. Dans son magasin, une place sera réservée à la commercialisation de ce produit selon les prescriptions du fabricant. Si les produits se vendent bien, le fabricant pourra proposer à son partenaire de leur consacrer la totalité du magasin et de s’engager dans un véritable contrat de franchise."

Pour le contrat, je pense donc que corner peut convenir.
Cependant, voici des définitions qui marquent une différence entre le corner et le shop in the shop (qui serait en gros un grand corner) :

"Comment définissez-vous le corner et le shop in shop ?
Jean-Claude Prinz : Pour les marques, il s'agit, sur un rayon d'action défini, de s'installer et de se mettre en scène dans un point de vente qui offre des produits similaires ou complémentaires, le plus souvent dans les grands magasins, parfois dans les grandes surfaces spécialisées.
Avec le shop in shop (voir encadré), la marque reconstitue complètement l'univers et l'architecture d'une boutique. Dior et Boucheron, par exemple, ont véritablement des mini-magasins dans les grands magasins.
Pour le corner (voir encadré), en revanche, la surface moindre et les contraintes inhérentes aux grands magasins - ne pas boucher la vue, interdiction de faux-plafonds et d'éclairages - font que seuls la signalétique, les présentoirs et la publicité sur le lieu de vente rappellent le territoire de la marque.

Plus répandu que le shop in shop, il se distingue par sa surface réduite (quelques m2) et son implantation en terrain très concurrentiel (grand magasin, GSS, grande distribution…). • Le shop in shop
Véritable "boutique dans la boutique", le shop in shop est un grand corner qui peut occuper jusqu'à 50 m2. Construit in situ, cet espace de vente est conçu pour durer. Il peut être cloisonné, posséder un éclairage propre, etc."
