plongeon (de poussée), plongeon-poussée Explanation: If you really need a French term. Not in the sense of diving or jumping but more like to move quickly downwards with your hands forwards. For example we may use "plonger dans" for "reach into" when we try to touch something, but here you don't just get or touch but push indeed, so I also suggest "plongeon-poussée" which would combine both ideas. It would work as a compound word where "plongeon" is the first action as in "laisser-passer". Here, you duck then you push. Alternatively, you might say "plongeon de poussée" where "de poussée" means "pushing".
