Quite agree! Nothing here sound to me like machine writing — just some regrettable tendencies in modern (and particularly US) style.
The omission of the hyphen in 'go-to' is very typically US, and as we see here, often clouds comprehension.
The mistake of 'there' for 'their' is more likely indicative of speech-recognition or dictation that was not carefully checked; and the spurious hyphen after 'go to' is quite likely just soemone trying desperately to randomly throw punctuation at it so it makes sense!

Je constate également la qualité médiocre du texte que je suis en train de traduire et cela me navre... Je constate malheureusement qu'un grand nombre des textes sur lesquels je travaille en ce moment sont du même type. La machine finira pas nous remplacer, j'en ai bien peur... As others have commented, "there" for "their", but also "system agnostic view" without a hyphen and "as part of aftermarket healthcare package": I think that marketing-speak has finally succumbed to the invasion of the robots. We no longer just have MT, but also MW, though I'm sure the marketing execs would call it MCW (machine creative writing). Now, all that is needed is ASMS (advertising-sensitive machine shopping).

There is something decidely odd about your source text, is it written by a non-native perchance?

One would usually talk about a 'go-to [something]' — while a 'go-to' tout court could work, it then leaves 'new service' rather hanging in the air!

I suspect, to start with, that it was meant to have been 'go-to new service', which at least starts to make more sense...
