J'ai trouvé sur l'Internet anglophone de nombreux exemples juridiques utilisant "Greetings" avant une phrase à caractère impératif, comme un ordre.

La seule mention de cette équivalence en français provient du site que je joins en référence 1.

Il est question de la formulation des courriers électroniques et voici la partie qui nous intéresse :
"Vous voudrez éviter d’utiliser « Greetings » aux États‑Unis puisque cela rappelle à plusieurs les avis de conscription que recevaient les jeunes Américains durant la guerre du Vietnam."

On ne peut pas garder "avis de conscription" ici, mais il faut conserver l'idée d'un avis impératif, d'un ordre à exécuter : peut-être "avis exécutoire" ?

Sinon, j'ai trouvé le terme sur la version anglaise du ministère de la justice canadien:
http://laws.justice.gc.ca/en/C-46/45737.html (descendre jusqu'à "Form 34").
Après un long bidouillage, j'ai réussi à trouver la page équivalente en français (référence 2), et la traduction officielle est "SALUT", tout simplement. A mettre au pluriel pour vous, dans le cas où vous garderiez ce terme.

C'est en effet à vous de décider si vous souhaitez suivre la ligne officielle du gouvernement canadien, ou si le terme risquerait d'être malvenu dans votre texte français.
