[near-term] relatively high recurring rev mix = in the near-term the "recurring revenues" will represent a high proportion of our future total revenues i.e. "recurring revenues" will be a big part of our "revenue mix" in the near-term

"recurring revenues" = that come at regular intervals - like when you "rent" your software and make the user pay every month/quarter/year as opposed to "one-off" revenues - when you sell the right to use the software without any time-limit.

Every company prefers recurring revenues - you know money will keep flowing in, as opposed to "one-off" sales when you get one payment and that's it.
