Hello, bonjour,

Je traduis actuellement un courrier adressé à une institution et elle contient une proposition de "goodwill cultural partnership" entre diverses organisation (université, organisme culturel, de recherche) et un ministère, ces différents acteur étant originaires de deux pays différents du Pacifique.
Je ne suis pas sûre de comprendre la notion de "goodwill" dans ce contexte. L'idée d'écart d'acquisition ne me semble pas convenir au contexte...
Est-ce qu'il y aurait un rapport avec un partenariat "non lucratif" ou quelque chose de semblable?
