Je traduis des notes de conférence plutôt urgentes.

Dans le présent contexte l'expression "That’s the culture piece" aurait-elle sens de "clé de voûte" ? Je sais que l'on raisonne en termes de culture d'entreprise mais cela me semble quelque peu inapproprié ici. L'on pourrait peut-être parler également de la surface immergée de l'iceberg comme le suggérerait phrase. Qu'en pensez-vous ?
