I'm translating a guidance document on aquaculture and I didn't find any equivalent to the English term "epifaunal" in French... Many thanks if you can help me! :)
Here's more context:
"Identify the receiving habitat types, understand their response to smothering, for example changes to infaunal and epifaunal communities"
or
"Presence of mussels increases epifaunal diversity".
