Puisque c'est pour un contrat et pas pour du marketing, comme je l'ai indiqué en tête de ma réponse, l'explication la plus claire en français serait "mise à la teinte directe en pot". Ce n'est peut-être pas le meilleur choix d'un point de vue marketing, mais c'est pour un contrat ici, et il s'agit d'une explication technique de ICT, dans une définition.

Comme indiqué dans ma réponse, je pense qu'il faut garder l'expression anglaise, on aura donc comme traduction :

“ICT”: in can tinting, the final stage of...
« ICT » : in-can tinting (mise à la teinte directe en pot), étape finale de...

Note that "can tinting" would mean colouring the paint tin, not the paint. So, the header term should be altered to "in-can tinting" for the glossary entry.

Does it means "Inspiration Can Tinting" ?
