Je crois qu'il faut intégrer "all": le générateur de vapeur produit une certaine quantité de vapeur, mais la charge (alternateur entraîné par une turbine à vapeur) est souvent éloignée voire dans un autre bâtiment (centrale nucléaire par exemple).

Donc dans l'idéal la totalité de la vapeur produite par le GV atteint la turbine, mais comme rien n'est idéal, il peut y avoir des fuites, des condensations en cours de trajet, qui font que la quantité de vapeur "utile" sur la turbine est inférieure à celle produite par le GV.

La précision sur la température met sur la voie: c'est le deuxième paramètre significatif: la puissance disponible dépend de la quantité de vapeur et de sa température, et "all transported" a pour moi un sens quantitatif.
