Rien sur le portail Microsoft. J'ai trouvé cette définition :

Application whitelisting... allows only pre-approved and specified programs to run. Any other program not whitelisted is blocked by default.

J'en déduis qu'il s'agit d'une application autorisée, approuvée, agréée, validée, etc.
