You may simply say "Utilisez les flèches pour faire défiler les chiffres et régler l'heure."

"numbers spin" est alors rendu par "faire défiler les chiffres".

Yes, more like the wildfire screen on the middle of the page, but here you have + and - buttons on top and at the bottom of the numbers. But I think in this context, "molettes" would fit.

Hi all, thank you for helping. No, it looks more like the screen you have on an iPhone for example where you can set the time, an alarm, etc. So it does not look like traditional clock image.

"numbers spin" looks like very bad English (non native?) in this context.

It seems weird to actually rotate/displace the numbers themselves, rather than rotating/displacing the arrows to point to the right numbers.
