If it's about the "run" of some software, this "bundle" would most likely include a list of all "error codes" displayed before this software ground to a halt, and a final "memory dump".
"paquet d'informations diagnostiques" sounds to me like a fair description of this "bundle"

that the bundle here means a collection, package of files (maybe ZIPped together) that contain various data related to the error - so the error conditions can be recreated and analyzed by YYYY Diagnostics .

Bottom line - if this is a command of the software of the machine, ("Create Error Bundle" for example) the name of the command in the translated software should be used
