I'm not sure. I think the adjective discribes Katie's behavior. she was frwoning while holding Crouse arm. The the hournalist "Awkward" and based on this they cliam they had understood the problem at that time. I think "چه ناراحت" is better. Of course it's my opinion!

  -> The situation is that the couple wants to get divorce. How could it be awkward? Or another possibility is the Katie was frowning. Could it be awkward?
