I googled the transliteration you yourself have suggested and I found not a single occurance. Therefore, I think we had better coin a Persian equivalent.

You can see the gastro-resistant functions as an adjective here, right?
So an equivalent adjective seems more appropriate. After all, دیر هضم، دیر گوار are commonly used.

Explanation:
I don't think it is so simply transliterated into Persian. Maybe we could call them قرصهای هضم نشدنی or قرصهای غیر قابل هضم. I also found some instances on the web.
