Call-off process: When the manufacturer calls-off the component,

that is already on hand. Therefore, after an order is fulfilled, there
will be safety stock left for the next order. A call-off delivery will be
considered delayed if the shipment arrives after the on-hand safety
stock has been completely consumed.
