I mean we use other means of emphasis instead of 'in inverted commas'. SeiTT United Kingdom ASKER Figurative usage 08:53 Nov 6, 2012  Thank you all so much - do you ever use تو علامت نقل قول like the Eng. 'in inverted commas' to mean something like 'so-called'? E.g.
