Leaseback (of teruglease, beide woorden worden in het Nederlands gebruikt) houdt in dat onroerend (of roerend!) goed wordt verkocht aan een financieringsinstelling om het vervolgens terug te leasen. Persoonlijk zou ik "leaseback" in dit geval wèl vertalen (eventueel met "leaseback" tussen haakjes), omdat de tekst gericht is op consumenten. |
