"The liquid product from the bottom of the separator is sent to a fractionator called a stabilizer (butanizer). It makes a bottom product called reformate; butanes and lighter go overhead and are sent to the saturated gas plant."

Hi Tineke! Yes, you are right. Well, the butanizer-stabilizer is also called a fractionator, which is a "fractioneerkolom". A fractionator separates the liquid product into the reformate and the butane gas, producting butane, and is therefore called a butanizer. So my best guess is simply then to write "fractioneerkolom", this will certainly sound familiar to Google ears.
