There are no drug delivery devices which contain a drug in a solid form and do not require a liquid medium for the diffusion of the drug at a zero order rate.

Does anyone know what is meant with "zero order rate". I have come across "nul order" in Dutch but not in combination to the equivalent of "rate". Unless I am missing something?
