English term or phrase: collaborative working
I am dealing with a survey amongst employees in businesses who are being asked whether and how they use 'collaborative working', i.e. whether they collaborate with external customers, partners, vendors, whether they generate ideas collaboratively and foster innovation between departments, whether they use social media platforms to do so, etc. I cannot face 'samenwerkend werken' and 'cooperatief werken' sounds too agricultural. There must be a current term in management speak - any ideas?

ik snap dat je vindt 'samenwerkend werken' niet werkt, maar volgens mij is 'samenwerking' wel degelijk de actuele managementspeak in deze.

een oplossing is dat je 'werken' vervangt door iets anders:

samenwerkingsconcept
aanpak op basis van samenwerking

etc etc, al naar gelang de context.

Asker: Hi Ron, heel erg bedankt voor het meedenken. Ik heb het uiteindelijk na lang zoeken toch gevonden: het is 'collaboratief werken', dat wordt precies zo in het NL gebruikt in de context waarin ik het nodig had, d.w.z. met iemand samenwerken via sociale media of op andere e-manieren, in ieder geval op afstand.
