This is a heading for a section which has as its first line:
You expressly agree not to use, deploy, export or re-export XXX software or your add-on modules in or to any country, person, entity or end user subject to U.S. export restrictions.

The section goes on to set out that the software may not be used etc. by people in other countries that would then re-export the software to the countries restricted by the USA.

I hope this is sufficient context. I am looking for a suitable Dutch translation for this heading. Or could it be as simple as "Exportclassificatie"?
