Waar heeft "in respect of" in het onderstaande voorbeeld betrekking op? Op 'Law 133/2008', of op 'financial treatment', m.a.w. is de lezing:

- Law 133/2008 in respect of absence arising [..],
of:
- the most favourable financial treatment in respect of absence arising [..] (dus: die financiële behandeling geldt voor de situatie genoemd na 'in respect of')

The petitioner, who is himself severely disabled, indicates that as a result, he has to take much more sick leave than his able bodied colleagues and accordingly asks that, for all days of sick leave, those suffering from disorders attributable to a disability recognised under the national health system be accorded the most favourable financial treatment provided for under Law 133/2008 in respect of absence arising from an industrial accident or illness contracted in the performance of duties, absence for hospital admission or absence necessitated by serious illness.
