Particuliere scholen die toegang weigeren aan studenten: particulier onderwijs of privé onderwijs is onderwijs op commerciële basis en wordt door bijv. de ouders van de kinderen/studenten zelf betaald. Dat betekent dat er dus ook eisen gesteld kunnen worden aan kinderen/studenten. Voldoen ze daar niet aan, dan kunnen ze worden geweigerd. En uiteraard als er geen geld voorhanden is om een en ander te bekostigen.
