Explanation:
strike kan oa. to take down of dismantle betekenen. Aangezien de zin gaat om het aanbrengen van valbescherming rond steigers denk ik dat het steigerbouwer moet zijn.De genoemde valbescherming wordt aangebracht door rope access technicians.
