Ik kan er op dit moment niets anders van maken, maar ik denk nog even verder voor een Nederlandse term.

Dank Juno. Jij vermoedt dus dat hier geen Nederlandse term voor bestaat? Ik wacht ook nog even andere reacties af, maar als ik er verder niets op hoor, dan moet ik maar voor deze half-engelse constructie :). In elk geval lijkt de uitleg op de Belgische site wel deugdelijk. We wachten af.... :)

2.5. License Back. As between the parties, User or any of its Permitted Affiliates, as applicable, will be the sole
and exclusive owner of all right, title and interest in and to any ® Applications created, conceived, developed,
