wijzigingsticket Explanation: ITIL is een formeel systeem met zijn eigen jargon. 'Mutatie' is daarin geen goede vertaling voor 'change'. Jouw probleem is dat 'change-control ticket' geen echte ITIL-term is. Uit de tekst begrijp ik dat het gaat om een ticket om een wijziging aan te vragen. Ticket blijf ticket, dat is nu eenmaal zo in ITIL, en over change-control lezen we maar heen. Ik neem niet aan dat iemand even een ticket indient om het wijzigingsbeheer te wijzigen. |
