Explanation:
Korn - sandsynligvis byg eller hvede

Malt is usually made from barley, but can also be made from wheat.

CORN, in the Concise Oxford, is:
corn 1
· n.
1 chiefly Brit. the chief cereal crop of a district, especially (in England) wheat or (in Scotland) oats. Ø informal the grain of any cereal, especially as fed to livestock. Ø N. Amer. & Austral./NZ maize.
2 ...
– ORIGIN OE, of Gmc origin.
___________________________

MALT, same dictionary:

malt · n.
1 barley or other grain that has been steeped, germinated, and dried, used especially for brewing or distilling and vinegar-making.
2 chiefly Brit. short for malt whisky.
3 N. Amer. short for malted milk.
· v.
1 convert (grain) into malt.
2 (of a seed) become malt when germination is checked by drought.
– DERIVATIVES maltiness n. malty adj.
– ORIGIN OE m(e)alt, of Gmc origin; rel. to melt.

Other, more food-oriented hard-copy dictionaries say the same in more or less detail.

I see that maize malt does exist, but where it is not specifically declared, I would assume the malt came from barley, wheat, or possibly oats.

Malt dextrin is possibly not important to allergy sufferers - it depends how pure it is, and what other traces go with it.

Dextrin = soluble compound formed by the partial breakdown of starch by heat, acids or enzymes (amylases). Formed when bread is toasted and nutritionally equivalent to starch
