400v2~ power network /400v3~ power network 400 volt 3-faset vekselspænding strøm/ 400 volt 3-faset vekselspænding strøm Explanation: I hope a physicist will do. Please note, I am dumbing this down, because the technical aspects are not needed to understand what you are translating, given text restraints. Just don't go to an exam in physics with this. Three phase and two phase power grids operate, as one expects with AC systems, at a frequency. That is to say, the power will peak at set intervals of time, or a set number of times in a second. You can describe this as a wave, coming from a source. You can add another wave, of identical frequency, at a specific time in between the first wave's peaks, and you can do this again with a third. This allows power loads to be balanced between regulation equipment, so if one fails, the system doesn't go dark. A good reason to use 3 phased power is the ability to pull power at different voltages from the same line. Warning about the references. They are dry reads.
