Těžko jednoznačně odpovědět, protože každý výrobce telefonů má svoji softwarovou nadstavbu a v ní tomu říká jinak. Nevím přesný název v čistém Androidu, ale to co navrhuji - alespoň podle Googlu - komunita uživatelů používá.

Výše jsem uvedl "prioritní oznámení", protože na ploše pár řádků jistě nelze zobrazit vše, ale pouze něco, na základě výběru dle jistého klíče.
Přesný význam odpovídající "heads-up notifications" je však "oznámení v horní části obrazovky/displeje". Osobně bych použil slovo "displeje" ale v praxi se mnohem víc používá "obrazovky".
