In what cases may "Skipping Session Matching" occur?

If a GPS reception error occur when the vehicle is travelling on the road – for instance, due to specificities of the GPS system or features of the terrain or shielding – there is a possibility that some position data concerning some road sections are not forwarded to the server of i-Cell, as Toll Declaration Operator. In such a case, if toll sections are between the two known positions, a so-called "Skipping Session Matching" will be applied according to the relevant rules of NÚSZ.

Such cases are automatically forwarded by i-Cell, as your Toll Declaration Operator, to the UD system. In case of " Skipping section matchings" forwarded by i-Cell, these are individually checked by NÚSZ on order to establish which of them will be considered as presumed respectively non-presumed road use. On that basis, in case of presumed road uses, the relevant fee will be deducted from your balance topped up previously. In case of non-presumed road use, no toll will be deducted by NÚSZ.

není jasné, jestli toll declaration operator je firma/úřad, který vybírá mýtné, nebo najatá firma, která pro dopravce zařizuje platbu mýta, ale podle mě by to mohlo pasovat na obojí.
