English term or phrase: mountain ski retreats
Zde uvadim kontext:

Homezone's dedicated team handle every type of Prague property - from historic Mala Strana lofts, riverside apartments, modern apartment and townhouses to mountain ski retreats.

Explanation:
This is the usual term I would use in Czech.

Sorry - I should have typed it with diacritics:

"Chalupy na horách" is also a pretty good choice, but refers sometimes to lower quality, or older, perhaps renovated building.

horska utociste s moznosti lyzovani

Explanation:

neutral  Lubosh Hanuska: I also thought of this, but as Martin says "utociste" is more a fortress then a retreat in Czech :-)

-> thx. to be honest, I never thought of a fortress as "utociste", but I admit the term is rather unusual. "Najit utociste na horske chate" should be a better context :-)

agree  Martin Janda: nebo "horské chaty". Horská útočiště v češtině asi neznáme a ski bych neřešil.
